RAOF Micro Fitness dice, the easiest fitness decision you'll ever have to make. Roll the dice and let yourself be challenged. The dice include 6 different exercises to partake in; lunges, pushups, crunches, jumping jacks, wall sits and stretches.
The other die will tell you 5, 10, 15, or 20, representing either reps or duration depending on the exercise. Please take those levels as a guideline, if you are not comfortable with 20 push ups, pick a lower level and work your way up.
